@Journal_do there is a bug where I am writing something, suddenly the word disappears and the cursor returns to the first word in the entry. I couldn’t find the cause, but it keeps happening, even after a restart. How do I bug report it? I couldn’t figure out where to go.

@Journal_do What's the best way to contact you for support? I wanted to take a subscription, but it renders a blank modal when it opens the bank verification. I tried to log in on a different device, but I got immediately redirected to the logout page when logging in with Apple

Just fixed a nasty bug 🐛 when under certain conditions the entries were not saved – the update with a fix is ready, see: journal.do/releases for details.

@k4m1tsuk1 Thanks @k4m1tsuk1 for reporting – it was a bug 🐛, which happened after closing the app window (⌘W or red 'x' icon) and reopening. It’s fixed now, restart the app and and update should appear in the top-right menu. See journal.do/releases for details.
