Not a great client experience @HP. Laptop not even 3 months old, had to be sent in 3 times for repairs with the last resulting in damage. Hours on hold with support, no client resolution process to escalate.

All about the feeling.......... 95% of the time its how we make a client feel that will determine the success of either gaining or retaining the business, not the fancy product or service we represent..
