@AmazonBusiness I contact customer support for help with an account that was fraudulently closed your rep VC told me to just open a new account. He cannot tell me why my account is closed. He is telling me to speak with Eric who closed my account. I dont know eric.

@TraegerGrills we spoke with the rep at NFR who told us that Traeger is wonderful about standing by their product. It has never worked in a year of ownership. But customer service says you cannot help until we call in a few more times. 3+ hours on the phone today alone 🤦🏼‍♀️
