@ThePrimeagen Look I've been using Linux for a long time now, I get liking package managers, but, I really don't think there's anything wrong with this for 99% of use cases?
It's fast and easy. The only part I don't like is the long 'verifying' part, that needs to be fixed if it hasn't.

@VScaleskin @ItsRiprod Glad to hear, I'm on CachyOs and was trying to run it the day I posted this with no luck.
It's not working for me today either, and while I've seen other people in the discord with the same issue, i've seen no solution. Assuming it's a distro specific thing then. :/

@sonic_hedgehog The answer is simple... The emerald doesn't do that, Sonic has Chaos powers like Shadow does, unlike Shadow however, he's not aware of it, and doesn't use them without the emeralds.
But in this instance, he tried, thinking he had an emerald, and succeeded.

SSD, Windows, Power Supply.
I would then sell on the CPU and GPU and replace them with lower power consumption options. (EX: a 9060 XT 16GB perhaps and a Ryzen 7700)
I already have a 4TB SSD and run Linux, so that's a pure upgrade.

@jason_sika @GenshinImpact @Fortnite I been sayin it for years. Nowadays with the new M series chips it's not even like your standard computers are that much less powerful.
There are caveats like the MacOs permission system but, I promise, it can be done.

@LemonMariii Lange joined the team in 2023 and was the cause of everything remotely interesting being removed from the game in favor of the Sonic Utopia clone we have today. Sorry
