Skill matters a lot in Riftbound. More so than other tcgs/ccgs I’ve played. The gap between any person playing a deck badly versus professionally is massive. You see it happening with Prismat, Alan, and others. I felt like Aurora was the best deck set 1 and 2 but not many people won an event with it.

@spookyghosting My local had 2 pre rift event and the guy who pulled ON pyke played the same deck and modified it when the second pre rift started, it was annoying but I’m glad I didn’t face him. People like that sucks, hope you still has fun regardless!

mini rant Was bummed out in my 3rd prerift because there was a group of about 5 people who were just fully giving each other their epics and stuff like giving red+orange rengar + legend to the guy who hit thrill of the hunt or like handing thje diana player, moonfall

Really shitty situation round 9 I’m curious on what people would do Game 1 opponent moves in to a base they held for a point I let them move in, confirm movement. I go you already scored there. They go can I go to the other battlefield Feels like lose lose, I either look like an ass or win instantly I chose the former and lost the match. Feel like I got punked for being a nice guy but look like a shithead if I don’t let them take back. Sucks

@Jpxvv With GE you pitch on resolution. They don't get to respond to what you pitch, they don't know how much damage it's going to do. So it always eats a counterspell or they lose their unit. And if it gets counterspelled then you don't have to discard
