@EtihadHelp I was turned away from my flight on Sunday morning home, apparently it was overbooked, when will it be rebooked, over a week since I was meant to travel home.

@loveholidays currently stuck abroad with no sight of rearranged flights, your site has now moved our holiday to complete so no way to contact on holiday support. Please help

@WeAreOpenreach 2 weeks since FTTP line when down, was told that repairs scheduled several times now but no activity yet? Latest was that work on 6th and 7th of Feb but no sign again
