Reporters spent two days on the streets of Hollywood, Venice, and Skid Row asking more than 200 homeless people one simple question: where are you from? 64 percent said they were from outside the City of Los Angeles. 53 percent said they were from outside Los Angeles County. @cptdankkk Funny, my wife and I just walked around SF 2 weekends ago. Downtown and it was perfectly safe. A few homeless guys, a few vaping Marijuana, but we had a lovely time. Rode BART from SFO to Powell St., no problems. It was quick and efficient. And CA is the #4 economy worldwide.🤣
