The SCOTUS has ruled recently, in a unanimous 9-0 ruling, to hold freight brokers accountable for drivers and carriers they contract with. Due to this ruling … brokers IMMEDIATELY started blocking foreign drivers from picking up loads and turning them away from pickup zones.
