To keep fuel Petrol at 160/- and Diesel at 150/-, the govt needs to implement this; 1. Remove 8% VAT 2. Reduce Road Maintenance Levy to 18/- 3. Suspend minor levies & trim OMC margin ls 4. Reintroduce subsidy

@husskhalid Wee wacha. OCS's have no prosecutory discretion. What they can do is issue police bail. If bail is what he did (even zero shillings), very much in order. Arbitrary release on the other hand... Could better have been handled administratively without all this court shenanigans

I don’t understand why the OCS is arrested when by law, the OCS has discretion to release suspects if after listening to their cases, he finds no need to proceed with prosecution. What will be the charge?

I MUST SPEAK ON FUEL PRICES NOW! On Sunday, I arrived in Eldoret and my Merc was low on fuel so I drove to my favourite Rubis Poa Place & topped up with Ksh1500 fuel. That amount on a normal economy was enough for me to run my errands yesterday. Unfortunately while visiting one of my sites in Ngeria, taa ikawaka & so I topped up at a small trader's fuel pump in Cheplaskei with Ksh1000. Went to another site in Kabongo, (bypass) then went to town in the evening to have a meeting. Upon leaving the meeting at around 8PM to go to the Hotel I was supposed to spend a night, taa ikawa. Here again I find myself at Rubis Poa Place, I top up with Ksh1000 and proceed to sleep. This morning I woke up, went to Strobag then again taa imewaka, again I'm forced to fuel at Rubis this time with Ksh2000 so that I can go to my ongoing construction sites. Yaani I've spent Ksh5500 on fuel in two days while in Eldoret. M-PESA balance tells you I haven't spent much on other stuff. William Ruto and his rogue regime want to finish me financially while in my own job that I've created myself because they couldn't create one for me. I know what to do at the ballot 2027!
