There is no proper customer resolution, no one to talk to, the zomato chat assistant is really bad and don't even understand the problem. Didnt expect such bad service from you @zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal

Was guaranteed a refund from the restaurant that through zomato my refund would be transferred back. Still this back and forth and no contact number to share my grievance. We as customers are paying for zomato gold, platform fee and still such bad service. #Zomato #fraud
