⭐️Reigning 3-time Swish MVP & Mitchell-bound shooting guard @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) has been named a Cape & Islands League All-Star! The “Blonde Bomber” scored a team-high 330 points, buried 30 three’s, & shot 51% (57-113) from the free-throw line.💙🧡

👏Congratulations to @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) on her commitment to furthering her academic/athletic career with @Mitchell_WBB! The reigning 3-time Swish MVP has altered the trajectory of our training program and will now compete at the college level. 💙🧡

🏀4-time All-Swish point guard @McKWenzel2025 (Class of 2025; @BourneGirlsBask) will compete in the 34th Cape & Islands High School All-Star Game on Sunday, March 17th at 1:15 at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center. Continues to build incredible profile from junior season. 💙🧡

Unsigned senior @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) is scoring 16.7 points per game with 19 three’s. The reigning 3-time Swish MVP has reached double-figures in each of her 11 games. Training in-season as her team needs five wins to qualify for state tournament. 💙🧡

🦈🩸Blood in the water! Apex predator @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) produced a top-of-the-food-chain performance in the “Shark Tank” and emerged with a 62-49 win over Monomoy and a career-high 31 points. Subsequently named Boston Globe “Player of the Week!” 💙🧡

Our girls believe in the benefits of in-season training and early-season returns have strengthened that belief. Fortifying bodies to carry heavy workloads this season and remain as resilient as possible in event of injuries. Starting to (safely) move impressive weights! 💙🧡

Reigning 3-time Swish MVP @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) scores a game-high 17 points in tonight’s 55-40 win on Martha’s Vineyard. All-Swish and Framingham-bound forward @gabby_fos (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) adds 13 points (one 3) in team’s first win. 💙🧡

📺Opening night felt like an “infomercial” for our training program as our @Nausetsports seniors — @Jstreitmatter3 & @gabby_fos — buried shots and showcased the value of their commitment to the development process. A combined 29 points & six 3’s against Plymouth North. 💙🧡

The Cape Cod Times has identified @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) as a “Player to Watch” in the 2023-24 season. The reigning 3-time Swish MVP has honed her game, body, and mindset to consistently produce across an entire 20-game season and state tournament. 💙🧡

Fall’s MVP race is in full swing as heavyweights @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) & @jready2025 (Class of 2025; @MonomoySharks) traded blows in fitness testing. Huge showing from Framingham-bound @gabby_fos (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) with podium finish! 💙🧡

Framingham-bound @gabby_fos (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) records 36 points, three 3’s, & 3-4 from the line in a 121-108 victory for Orange in Veteran’s Day scrimmage. MVP candidate @jready2025 (Class of 2025; @MonomoySharks) also erupts for game-high 42 points & seven 3’s. 💙🧡

Players are jockeying for position in advance of next week’s Fall fitness testing. @kyebeau (Class of 2026; @Swich_Athletics) will be factor as she crossed the 100-pound barrier on front squats and demolished push-ups while claiming top-4 finish in rowing. Exciting finish! 💙🧡

Offers, interest, and official visits — none of it would matter if @Jstreitmatter3 (Class of 2024; @Nausetsports) didn’t continue to absolutely love the process of pushing herself and others in the gym. One college program is about the get extremely lucky! 💙🧡
