@NOWHelpTeam Last phone call I had with support they said they were sending out a BT openreach engineer but nothing came of it and that was about 7-8 weeks ago.

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve done this a million times and I’ve told support a million times. It’s a problem with the line coming into my house not my router or WiFi configuration.
