Great tenants of four years ask if you’d consider installing a three-prong outlet where there is currently just a two-prong. Old house, so doing so would require new wiring and cost about $700. What’s your answer?

I have spent a lot of time clearing some woods behind my home. Cut down anything smaller than 4" thick and LOTS of vines that were killing my mature trees. Now I can see much better into the woods. I'd like to plant some low (<18") wild flowers on the cleared spot. Both for aesthetics and for pollinators. The area would be mostly shaded… does anyone have recommendations for a good wild flower to spread there?! Picture for illustration purposes only.
