I’m at a crossroads with my job:
On one side i think i deserve a promotion, but on the other side i appreciate the fact im 95% remote, very flexible, make “enough”, and not too stressful.
Should i just stay or try my luck at another company? How much $ is worth the risk to jump ship?

@FinPhilosopher Yeah, to be fair I think we are both at the point where the next move probably isn't a new job but something for yourself on a larger scale
Scary thing with the job market is very rarely can you go backwards, one reason I haven't made the move

@FinPhilosopher Unless you get a sizable comp increase + the title you want, not sure it’s worth it. Remote jobs are starting to become rare in some HCOL cities and more companies are expecting some in office presence which takes away from your flexibility
