@VM_Institute Agree with this. To improve anything requires someone to be brave and simply try. Leaders need to encourage bravery and support the identification of what doesn’t work as well as what does.

Q4: The simplest thing senior leaders can do is invite people to try. Learning from success/failure is only possible if one actually tries a new way of doing things. This act of giving agency back to the people changes the paradigm of who has the best sol'ns. #LeadingQI #QIHour
