This is my sun simulator. Red light panel with the 2 standard spectrums, IR heat bulbs with the rest of the red light spectrum, Sperti Vit D lamp with UVB, and a couple UVA spectrum lights. This is how you survive the winter with high vit D and healthy looking skin with some color. Keeps me feeling great throughout these cold gloomy winters with no UV. Nothing is more important than investing in your health.
