@xobreannanicole Social media is a big one. I cut it out for 30 days and was more productive in that month than I had been in a very long time. My job is literally on my phone though so cutting it out 100% isn’t necessarily the solution either. I just learned how to better manage my time.

@JubranRE I deleted the IG app off my phone and can’t believe the change I already feel. I’m more present, have more time, don’t buying random stuff that’s advertised to me, reading more books etc.

Take control of your time. Set clear priorities, create a schedule, and eliminate distractions.
