The Constitution does not belong to Democrats. The courts do not exist to guarantee one party permanent power. And Black Americans are not political property to be carved into racial voting blocks for electoral leverage. If your political strategy collapses the moment race can no longer be the PRIMARY factor in districting… maybe the problem is the strategy itself.
