@JudgeJoeHardy Very streaky offensively but #44 raising his game as a starter in 1997-98 was essential in the return to the finals. Really the first Jazz 5 who could stretch the floor which bothered Shaq and spaced floor for John and Karl.

Also, you mentioned isolation when saying “He cannot score unless set up.” Implying Kessler can’t create a shot by himself.

Watching this San Antonio series, is one of the reasons I do NOT like the idea of spending 25+ million on a limited offensive center.
I would rather see something more versatile like Robert Williams (rim protector) + Nurkic (big body rebounder, occasional stretch) + Flip faster stretch stronger offensive player…

Cade had some blunders of course. Still too causal at times. Got stripped by Strus. He’s not perfect. Not close to SGA level. But Cade has to do EVERYTHING. The alternative is Caris LeVert, Tobias Harris…I mean, come on. This supporting cast just isn’t close to good enough.

I’m even higher on Cade Cunningham now than I was entering the playoffs. Pistons easily have the worst supporting cast of any of the remaining teams. No matter how this postseason results for Detroit the front office has a lot of work to do this summer. Cade is playing at a level more than deserving of the investment.

I'm of the opinion that less is more with most Judges. I'm probably not going to make a lengthy argument or present all my mitigating facts if I can get where I want with half of it. If the Judge wants more, they'll ask. But then again... I suppose I don't get paid per minute lol
