@NCLPsych Hi Ben, it’s such a challenging time, my first baby the hardest experience I’ve ever had. The breastfeeding in particular 😔 NCT breastfeeding counselling incredibly supportive, listening & support from women with lived experience. But there’s no one way. Self compassion helps
