The best part, @delta, is that the captain gave two updates the entire time. When my seat neighbor called an attendant to ask what was going on, he was scolded like a child because his question wasn’t an “emergency.”

Alright @Delta sitting completely still on a runway in MIAMI, a large airport, for almost an hour because another plane was parked in our spot is WILD! 57 minutes watching all the @SpiritAirlines planes get their customers to the gate on time. 🤔

Shout out to @DukeEnergy for having planned outages for two days in a row, but their policy isn’t to notify customer of planned outages if less than 10 customers are affected. So we had NO CLUE our power would be out for 2 straight days & scheduled our family Thanksgiving meal.
