Shout out to @DukeEnergy for having planned outages for two days in a row, but their policy isn’t to notify customer of planned outages if less than 10 customers are affected. So we had NO CLUE our power would be out for 2 straight days & scheduled our family Thanksgiving meal.

@DukeEnergy We are on day 3 in a row of power being out all day and you had a chance to let me know about today when I was on the phone yesterday. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 🤬
