I’m seeing a clear shift in the DePIN space. I see many projects struggling and beginning to fade because their business models didn’t work out; thus, they are not able to reach a point of sustainable revenue. At the same time, the number of project launches has decreased, while existing ones are starting to mature and prove their value. What stands out to me are DePIN projects with recurring revenue, transparency, and/or the potential to play a role in Physical AI. A lot of these teams look like they’re pushing ahead for the right reasons. They ship regularly, keep communication clear and consistent, and bring tangible progress to the table instead of empty promises. In an area that is seeing significant amounts of GNSS spoofing (for very obvious reasons). You need to have a system in place that allows you validate the data you are making high value decisions on. @MastChain_DePIN is the only AIS network that has the station granularity required to be able to easily spot low confidence data.
