This was practically a brand new product. It fell off the counter onto the floor ( it was closed) but the product inside must have broke because it won't even twist all the way up now Not thrilled @JulepBeauty

@JulepBeauty 4th time Hey @julep please dont ignore me! I been sending emails, tweets and even insta msgs trying to cancel my subscription its been more than 15 days and no one answers. I tried calling but it goes directly to vm! What is going on?!?! Can someone help me cancel my account?!?
