@Jules6360 @afneil @MikeStewart79 There are many factors. Last figs I saw was around £30 billion about 14% of GDP and public spend / head about £21k in Scotland and £18.5k in the rest of the UK. However in all areas our representatives in all parties are weak in general.

@LawrenceReekie @afneil @MikeStewart79 Scotland's deficit is the 8% of Westminster spending in England's which we are billed for (HS2 etc) from which we see no benefit. We do not have a deficit except hat which w/minster imposed on us.
