I wasn't expecting to submit my thesis from my disgustingly hot flat whilst drinking shots of beetroot juice, but that is what has occurred and it was as big of an anticlimax as I had anticipated, but not so bad. Thanks to everyone thats helped along the way xoxox

Hi Friends, can anyone within the parasitology society help me with positive controls on intestinal parasites; Giardia lamblia, Cryptosporidium parvum, Dicrocelium dendriticum, Trichostrongylus, Ancylostoma duodenale, and Strongyloides stercoralis. I will be highly grateful.

Further analysis compared qPCR outputs to eggs per gram. We found significant differences between mean DNA copy number when grouped by sample EPG intensity group. Possible evidence for being able to group qPCR outputs by intensity group? But not equating qPCR to an exact EPG

1/ Today is #WorldMalariaDay. Every year, 400k children die from a preventable disease. Right now malaria-endemic countries are rightly focused on the threat from #COVID19. But it is important that our community remembers the ever-present threat from diseases such as malaria.
