@Vistana We've been calling the number that's supposed to be for the "elite" status we've paid for, and no one ever has any idea what's wrong or what's going on. We're told to call back again another time. The time share we purchased in December still doesn't show up on our dashboard. 🙄

I think there is a bit of difference between making generally cocky gestures and directing them toward a specific person when you're beating them (feels like kicking someone while they're down), but the double standard is concerning.
