@Juliewar20 Sorry Julie the first train has been cancelled today due to a fault. The next train behind is currently about to depart from Regent Centre you will be able to track it on the app as T122 shortly ^ES

@My_Metro We got to know eventually but it would be lovely for the driver to say, there's a fault with the train, I'm just trying to establish what it is.

@VO5 why oh why did you change the smell of the level 5 hairspray. It used to be coconut and now its smells like cheap air freshner. It was the only strength that kept my hair in place for the day...not 72hrs tho. Ive gone to Got2be now

@My_Metro Of course. At stand C Heworth, for the replacement bus, no-one knows where to stand. The queue gets mixed up with stand D and people just congregate together while the Staff member chats to other Nexus staff. People joining kept asking where the end of the queue was.

@My_Metro polite request...whilst the line closure is on and we have to get the bus at Heworth, could the 'staff assist' people please make it clear which way to queue? We're Britsh, we queue and dislike pushing in x
