I'm going to be real with you. This morning broke me a little.
Vertex spit out NQ bearish while ES and RTY were bullish. I caught the divergence within the first hour and flagged it. NQ rallied hard. The signal missed — not because of the model, because the system restarted too many times and the data capture chain broke.
And a reminder — Vertex is never meant to be used as a standalone signal. It's confluence. One layer in your process, not the whole process.
I cried. Not because one signal was wrong. Because I felt like I let people down. People who believe in what I'm building. People who show up every day trusting that the work behind this is solid.
Vertex isn't even in beta yet. We're still in early development. But that doesn't matter to me — if people are watching and I'm sharing the output, I hold myself to the same standard as if it were live in production.
So I voided every signal from today. All of them. Even the ones that called the right direction. If the process wasn't clean, the result doesn't count. I won't pad a track record with signals I can't stand behind.
Fixed the root cause tonight. The system is tighter now than it was this morning. But I'm still carrying the weight of knowing I could have caught it sooner.
That's the part nobody tells you about building something. You take it personally because the people counting on you are real.

Y’all ever notice how some influencer furus transform the second their follower count goes up?
Like bro had 300 followers last month and now he’s acting like replying is beneath his spiritual rank. Meanwhile I’m still here vibing the same way I did at 100 followers — liking, replying, trolling around, and making sure y’all prosper. Even at 26k+, I’m not too good for my own comment section. Some furus won’t even like a comment because they think engagement lowers their aura. Please. If they can’t acknowledge you with a like or a reply, do yourself a favor: unfollow. They’re not royalty — they’re just dudes with ring lights.
And trust me… I’ve seen plenty of these ‘gurus’ before they blew up. Let’s just say the glow-up wasn’t natural 🤭 (no names though, I’m not starting a civil war).
Moral of the story: never put yourself beneath people who think followers make them superior. If I can stay normal, so can they.

Rough month for me in trading ngl in futures… I’m behind in my bills and couldn’t eat yesterday and today, skipped my meals. I can’t afford it.

Today I was blessed to purchase a brand new car for my family.
As a Father, Husband, and Provider, this might be the proudest moment of my life.
Less than 3 years ago, I moved here and basically started from scratch.
It’s not a Lamborghini or a Ferrari. It’s a family car with a 3rd row for my three kids.

So I'm doing an internship at a hospital. there's a 56 yo man admitted. I observed whenever this lady visits, she literally lowers his blood pressure & heart rate by walking into the room. (Observed by other doctors too) I asked him who's she & he said "that's my wife"..crying 😭
