Our team crushed it at the MSL East Conference Track Meet yesterday. Our winning streak is now 16 years! I anchored the 4x100 (10.2 split) and the 4x200 (21.7 split) and we won gold in both. I also got 1st place in the 110 hurdles and the 200m (22.32s, 4th all time school history). We had a second PR in High Jump today set by Jude Guagliardo with a mark of 5’ 3”! That’s 2in higher than his indoor best! His form has slowly been improving and he has been dialed into the process, so I have no doubt there are more PRs and higher marks in his future! Way to go!

Caden Moran took advantage of the nice weather and had himself a huge day today setting PRs in both LJ and HJ! He bested his HJ PR by an inch with mark of 5’ 11”! He also had a monster PR in long jump with mark of 6.47 (21’ 2.75”) placing him first overall in Long Jump!!!

Had a great time competing at the Illinois Indoor Championship Meet this past weekend! Got 1st place in the 60m hurdles in 8.20s and double pr’d in the 200m and the 4x200!
