The REAL coup of May 2 1992 in Sarajevo. While held captive by the JNA in Lukavica, Alija Izetbegovic contacted the TV Sarajevo studio via radio to discuss the ongoing crisis. In the studio were Fikret Abdic (the other Muslim member of the Presidency) and Jerko Doko, with Stjepan Kljujic (croat member of pres.) and Ejup Ganic (yugoslav member) also connected. As Izetbegovic was held captive, he could no longer run the Sarajevo "bih government" and undemocratically appointed a less popular Ejup Ganic to replace him. Ganic would turn out to be a bosniak nationalist/islamist supporter and eventually Izetbegovic's right hand man. Ganic effectively ran the sarajevo government up to the May 3 1992 convoy attack on the JNA. The problem is the presidency was meant to be a COLLECTIVE ROTATING body. Izetbegovic's appointment of Ganic bypassed the collective presidency thus undermining the will of other members (Fikret Abdic, Stjepan Kljuic, Franjo Boras, and the non-present Serb members). Izetbegovic basically treated the presidency like his own property that he could do whatever he desired. Ejup Ganic was not the obvious next choice. The logical choice would have been Fikret Abdic, who won the most votes in the 1990 elections, beating Izetbegovic, and was the 2nd muslim representative of the SDA alongside Izetbegovic. Alternatively, the presidency could have rotated to the croat members Kljuic or Boras. Ejup Ganic was an Izetbegovic loyalist and this action retained power within Izetbegovic's circles and irreversibly damaged any democratic, collective, multi-ethnic character of the so-called "bih government."

Došao tinejdžer iz Amerike mama mu Srpkinja a tata Sik. Pričamo o religiji Sika o tome šta im znači turban, onaj nož što nose kosu koju nikad ne šišaju i vegetarijanstvo. Posle toga mu kažem mi smo u Srbiji ne baš bogati ali slobodni ljudi i možemo da radimo šta nam je volja, ne robujemo formi. Njemu se to jako svidelo i to je video oko sebe. Pita da li mogu da jedem picu rukama i onda sam odgovori - ok razumeo sam ovo je slobodna zemlja mogu kako hoću. Mi se svi nasmejemo i kažemo tako je. Onda on pita - zašto mi to mama nije rekla ja bih došao ovde da živim. Nisam bio spreman na ovakvo pitanje pa sam mu rekao da mama želi da živi u Americi pa mu zato i nije rekla. Osim toga to je naša tajna jer ako se to razlgasi mnogi će ovde doći u goste ili da žive pa će biti prevelika gužva. Prihvatio je odgovor i rekao to jeste velika tajna. Rekoh mu da je to tajna i za mnoge Srbe jer veruju da je i drugde tako.

Balkan people are nothing like latinos, people need to stop saying this. My Serbian friends have been to a few latin American countries and they were shocked at how they and their families were harassed by degenerate latinos. In Argentina, latinas kept harassing and flirting with the guys and they kept saying leave us alone we have girlfriends and they wouldn't stop harassing them until their girlfriends confronted them. One of my friends went to the Dominican Republic with her family and at a restaurant a waiter proposed her to her married mom on the spot in front of her dad. Her dad and uncle beat the living shit out of the guy. So again, Balkan people are nothing like latinos, so stop comparing them to latinos.
