What a riveting run to the title game for 2018 or Alabama (Before getting smoked by Clemson). Not ONE game was "special".
CFB has always been about just having the best regular season record regardless of schedule to get the invite to the playoff. That doesn't make the regular season great - if anything it made it worse

@sagesteele A state where people care about other people’s welfare?

@hambonedavis @OwenReeman3 Every other sector pays their employees at least minimum wage. Why should sit down restaurants be any different? I don’t want to get into “living wage” because I don’t know how that number is even established.
I don’t know. I would just like life to be more straightforward. 🤣
English

@JunkieGeorgia @OwenReeman3 Tipping culture is crazy. However the claim was “why don’t you pay a living wage” which is ridiculous. It’s understood they’re working for tips. Which does lead to better service typically.
English

Or, here’s an idea…just a wild stab in the dark
Pay your staff an appropriate wage??
World Cup HQ@WorldCup26HQ
Some restaurants have planned an automatic 20% tip for U.S. visitors. 💰🇺🇸
English

@hambonedavis @OwenReeman3 The reason is we don’t need to have bullsh*t conversations about what’s appropriate to tip. I’ll gladly pay more to eat if I don’t have to worry about what is the appropriate percentage to tip based on whoever makes that up. It’s utterly ridiculous.
English

@OwenReeman3 This is brilliant for non-US visitors. Many aren’t used to paying a tip.
I don’t get all the anger about “paying a living wage”. Either restaurant prices go up to pay them a living wage or people pay tips and pay them a living wage. What’s really the difference?

@GBOVFL22 @therandomsec What’s hilarious is Tennessee fans calling other fanbases insecure when you guys call yourself an “everything school” because you can’t win a damn thing. Now you guys are mid at everything. Congrats!
English

@JunkieGeorgia @therandomsec You also think it’s beautiful that my point is being proven?
Even more beautiful

@therandomsec Watch out… the most insecure fanbase in the SEC is going to come after you

@CaptainMcstabbs @HexZatara @LegacyProgramVP Your freedom of speech is not absolute. You can’t verbally threaten someone. That’s called assault and you go to jail.
English

@HexZatara @LegacyProgramVP Yes, your freedom of speech is absolute. It’s not pushing boundaries. A word is a word, and getting violent over it isn’t the fault of the person speaking.
Trying to jail people for speech is highly against the constitution and the founding of this nation.

I tried to tell Dalton aka ChudtheBuilder and I tried to warn everyone. I call him out for exactly what he does that led to him shooting a man today in our interaction last week.
Baiting people into reactions while he’s carrying a gun. You can see me actually looking down a few times at the imprint of the gun to ensure he never reaches for it.
This was never about freedom of speech. You can’t play victim when you go after people with hateful, racist rhetoric and then threaten to mace or shoot people.
The sad part about this is I spoke with a lieutenant with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office this morning as he called me back. I asked about his arrest in Nashville violating the terms of his bond agreement for his current court case in Clarksville/Mont. county. He said they don’t issue the warrants. I then explain that he does these things while being armed and the lieutenant kind of shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal and that Dalton was a frequent through their department.
That conversation ended with me thinking “they don’t understand the liability and danger this guy is to the public”. A few hours later, after I made this post (x.com/legacyprogramv…), warning Dalton about the consequences of his actions, he ends up shooting someone.
I tried. This is the EXACT thing I was trying to avoid and why I made so many calls around Montgomery County and Nashville/Davidson County this past weekend.

🚨🇺🇸 ChudTheBuilder just shot a man and caught a bullet in his own arm outside a Tennessee courthouse He claims self-defense… and he’s explaining it LIVE on stream to the cops.

@NicoleKlink24 @EdKrassen Literally no one would know the meaning behind the song if it wasn’t explained to them. But let’s take this as an opportunity to be a-holes to make a political point. Good job!
English

@EdKrassen Why would you want music playing in a school that endorses violence! Seems pretty common to me. My daughter’s elementary school doesn’t allow music with cursing or violence in it eother! They get enough of that on tv at home!

Hundreds of students at The Watertown High School in Wisconsin walked out of school after the conservative school board, banned a song with no lyrics whatsoever from being played by the school band.
The school board claimed that this song “indoctrinated students and endorsed violence”.
It was “A Mother of a Revolution,” and it had NO LYRICS AT ALL.

@ByPatForde Why would the northern schools agree to this?

@AuburnBlazer @RossDellenger @TNTCollegeFoot1 No way you can collective bargain with thousands of athletes across different sports. It’s not practical.
English

@RossDellenger @TNTCollegeFoot1 Going through congress isn’t going to work. Need to create a CBA and establish 2 year contracts as the minimum
English

@OliviaKSayer It’s pretty common to overschedule at the beginning of the season as you figure you are going to have a couple rainouts/snowouts (up north).
