@EricaMorris7746 @Martina But that’s just it… they’re not trying to dress like “little girls”. They’re dressing like a character. A fictional character they’ve imagined and created. Anyone who sees this child as “a grown specialized woman”… that has more to do with them than it does the innocent child.

@Juris @Martina It's the over sexuality. Little girls his age do not look dress or act like that. He's looking dressing and acting like a grown sexualized woman. So the disapproval comes from the same place as disapproval of child beauty pagents and dance stuff for girls.

@jemelehill But I thought dems keep saying, "Nobody is above the law." Does that only apply to conservatives? Lemon broke the law when he participated in storming a church. He knew it was going to happen, and brought his camera crew to film the attack. Do the crime, do the time!

“Whites, it must frankly be said, are not putting in a similar mass effort to reeducate themselves out of their racial ignorance. It is an aspect of their sense of superiority that the white people of America believe they have so little to learn" -- Martin Luther King Jr.

Newsweek, dated today 1973, showed Nixon’s secretary Rose Mary Woods tortuously showing how she might have caused an 18-1/2-minute gap in the Watergate tapes:

@gravygravybaby @rooster_ohio “They’re expanding the airport because of Intel”, “My home value went up because of Intel”, “Intel is committing to X number of jobs- we’ll cure the brain drain”. Surely not everyone feels this way, but it is the dominant story people are telling (themselves and each other)

@Juris @rooster_ohio In central Ohio, especially areas about 30-45 mins drive from downtown cbus, I think the loathing and fear of data centers is one of the most unifying talking points possible. It’s a winning message in this election in my opinion.

@gravygravybaby @rooster_ohio This is an interesting take. I live in Central Ohio half of the year and ALL I HEAR when I’m back is people falling over themselves to gush about Intel. And it’s been a flop. But the top-line narrative is people are excited about “Midwest Silicon Valley”.

@rooster_ohio I hear you. Check out new polling out from the Canton Repository, and BGSU… Trump’s approval in Ohio is at an all-time low. He’s under water -10 in the state. It’s a mistake not to capitalize on it. People are feeling (and will continue) to feel the impacts of his admin.

@rooster_ohio Being anti-Trump is an effective message, my friend. Whether you have “zero power” or not- a lot of voters want to to hear that messaging. The Mayor of NYC has quite literally zero power when it comes to foreign policy, but pro-Gaza/anti-Israel messaging won the day.

@rooster_ohio What was the effective “anti Big Tech” messaging that won the gubernatorial elections in NJ and VA, last month?

@rooster_ohio 5k likes… that’s the size of my suburban high school. I’m just saying- what might seem like a “big deal” to those in the weeds, doesn’t always get traction with the majority. Being anti-Anduril would have AA painted as being anti-military and anti-job creation. Period.

@Conley76 @rooster_ohio It’s just wild when you’re using Big Tech to engage in this very debate, while lamenting how awful Big Tech is… but, cool… everyone hates big tech. Got it.

@Juris @rooster_ohio lol every person I know constantly got complains about how much worse all the tech is they have to use. Every prosed data center instantly inspired anti yard signs and campaigns and council meetings. You’re lying or don’t actually talk to “normal” people

@rooster_ohio What did come up the most: ICE, Healthcare (including RFK’s misguided/dangerous directives), National Guard deployments, Venezuela, and housing affordability.

@rooster_ohio I hear you… but “normal” people don’t loathe tech companies. Or Data Centers, for that matter. I don’t think it’s a top 5 issue for most voters. I went to 5 holiday parties in Ohio this weekend, and politics was discussed at every single one. Big Tech came up not once.

@rooster_ohio 1) Why should he run for governor? 2) Who would be more qualified, and/or likely to win, than Sherrod in the Senate race?

@rooster_ohio Have yet to see someone name a person who has a greater liklihood to win this seat, than Sherrod. Him running is literally the opposite of stupid and selfish. People made that same accusation about President Biden running for re-election, and we see where that got us…
