Tsk tsk. I got a @MercedesBenz from @AlHaddadMotors and it started shaking in its first 15 minutes on the road. What do I do? Is it unreasonable to ask for a refund? I’m sad and heartbroken and thought this was my gift for myself after my treatment for breast cancer.

@MercedesBenz Their customer service is astounding. When I called, the receptionist said she can’t connect me to the officials but she can email them my name and number. I’m afraid they don’t talk to customers directly after they take their money

@MercedesBenz I’m in contact with them but they’re not giving me any indication they even understand my predicament. They keep asking me to wait because they want the two weeks which enable me to get my full refund under Bahrain’s consumer protection law to elapse.

Now they say it has a propeller shaft problem and they will fix it and give it to me. I don’t know about you but I can’t justify spending that much money on a car that’s broken. They need to take back their car and give me back my money. What do you think?
