Someone posted this: "Take care of yourself. Burial money comes faster than hospital bills." At first, I laughed. 🤣 Then I paused... and it hit me. 😭 Please, take care of yourself. Rest when your body is asking for it. Sleep well. Drink enough water. Eat healthy. Don't ignore symptoms that need medical attention. The truth is, life moves on. After the condolence messages and social media posts fade, it's your family and the people who truly love you that carry the pain the longest. Your health is one of the best investments you'll ever make. Don't wait until it's too late.

Your hormones control far more than your period. They influence your mood, energy, libido, fertility, pregnancy, bone health, and even breastfeeding. Meet the hormones that keep the female body running.👇 🧠 Everything starts in the brain. The female reproductive system works like a team: Brain → Pituitary gland → Ovaries → Uterus These organs constantly communicate with each other to regulate your menstrual cycle, fertility, and pregnancy. When one part is out of balance, the entire system can be affected. 🌸 Estrogen Produced mainly by the ovaries. It helps: • Develop female sexual characteristics during puberty. • Regulate the menstrual cycle. • Keep the uterus healthy. • Support strong bones. • Maintain healthy skin. • Influence mood and brain function. Think of estrogen as one of the body's main "growth and maintenance" hormones. 🌼 Progesterone Produced mainly after ovulation by the corpus luteum. Its job is to: • Prepare the uterus for pregnancy. • Support early pregnancy. • Help regulate the menstrual cycle. If pregnancy doesn't occur, progesterone levels fall, triggering menstruation. 🥚 FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone) Produced by the pituitary gland. It: • Stimulates ovarian follicles to grow. • Helps eggs mature before ovulation. Without FSH, ovulation cannot occur normally. LH (Luteinizing Hormone) Also produced by the pituitary gland. Its famous LH surge triggers ovulation, the release of a mature egg. It also helps the ovary produce progesterone afterward. 🤱 Prolactin Made by the pituitary gland. Its primary role is: • Stimulating breast development. • Producing breast milk after childbirth. High prolactin levels outside pregnancy can sometimes interfere with ovulation and menstrual cycles. ❤️ Oxytocin Often called the "love hormone." Produced in the hypothalamus and released by the pituitary gland. It helps: • Trigger uterine contractions during labor. • Release breast milk during breastfeeding. • Support bonding between mother and baby. Oxytocin is also released during hugging, intimacy, and orgasm. 🤰 hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Produced by the placenta after implantation. Its job is to: • Maintain early pregnancy. • Support progesterone production until the placenta takes over. It's also the hormone detected by pregnancy tests. 💪 Testosterone (Yes, women have it too.) Women produce small amounts in the ovaries and adrenal glands. It helps with: • Sexual desire (libido). • Muscle strength. • Bone health. • Energy levels. Healthy hormone balance, not having "more" or "less" of one hormone, is what matters most. Your menstrual cycle is a carefully coordinated hormonal symphony. Around the middle of the cycle, estrogen rises, an LH surge triggers ovulation, and progesterone peaks afterward to prepare the uterus for a possible pregnancy. Understanding these hormones helps you better understand your body, recognize changes, and know when something may need medical attention.

😂 POV: You said “I’ll only check my phone for 5 minutes” Next thing… You’ve watched 47 reels, liked posts from 2022, checked your skincare cart 6 times, and suddenly you’re now a advisor in the comment section. 🤷‍♀️🤔 At this point, your phone battery is begging for mercy. 😂

Someone said you can't even dream of becoming an astronaut in Nigeria. 😭😂 Oh, well. 😅 The funny thing is, every “impossible” thing had a first person who tried it. 😅 So, I do not believe in limitations anymore.

I made over 1.9 million naira in 30 days.🥳 This happened in December 2022. You see, When I started online marketing in January 2022 – I used to wonder why I don't get BIG results even after generating traffic and Leads. In fact, nothing seemed to work out and bills kept piling. I was so frustrated and was about to give up until I found some secret Strategies one month later (February 2022). I implemented and got faster results. Then, 10 months later (December 2022) – I hit over 1.9 million naira within just 30days. SEE PICTURE BELOW FOR PROOF. And ever since then, I've made tons of millions of naira and generated UN-deniable consistent results. Plus, I've worked with clients from over 10+ countries. Now, pay very close attention as I share one or two things - which the tiny % of people doing well in your niche will NEVER tell you. 🎯 The first is they understand HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY. • The way people think. • How they feel. • How they reason. • What makes them buy. • How they make decisions. • Why they make those decisions, etc And failure to know all of these, will make you keep losing potential customers. 🎯 Another thing you need to get right is BRAND POSITIONING. You see, People are not interested in your titles (no matter how fancy it sounds). Instead, they're more interested in what you'll do for them. How exactly will you help them? For example, as a Website designer, Instead of saying:- “I am a website designer. I make affordable and converting websites"❌ Rather say⤵️ “I help small business owners build automated sales systems that attract and convert customers daily – so they make sales even while they sleep."✅ Or maybe, you're a Video Editor, DON'T SAY: “I create stunning videos”❌ SAY: “I help brands turn simple videos into high-converting content that grabs attention, builds trust, and drives sales across social platforms"✅ Now, You can see how the 2nd statement is more intentional and appealing, right? In fact, positioning your messages this way will attract your target audience faster than you'd ever imagined. Because Why? Even if your products are great, you might keep struggling to get crazy results (until you understand the psychology behind people's actions). Also, selling physical products of any kind is becoming tougher for some people – unless things are done well by applying the right skills involved. Listen. ✅ There are systems. ✅ There are Strategies. ✅ There are Formulas. Get them rightly done. Then, sit down, cross your Legs and watch your income gradually skyrocket! It's that simple. Don't end this year like Last year, my friend. The END.💙🏆 . . . 👋 My name is AngeLGee. I’m Africa's No. 1 Digital Marketing Psychologist. You're busy having SEX in your relationship. But, you won't check your genotype until it's time to marry. And when you discover you're both “AS genotypes" - you will start saying: “We have spent 2/3/4/5/6 yrs together. So we love each other so much. Let us marry like that." Mumu. Foolish people📌 If you know you and your bf/gf have AS genotypes but, still go ahead to marry each other - then, you're very WICKED. Most annoying part? Many couples who have SS children actually married with their 2 eyes open. And after giving birth to a SS child, they'll start praying and fasting for God to heal the child. Na Lie. E no go work. You must dance to your music.🤌 You'll spend money tire. In fact, you'll be drained financially, emotionally and mentally. After that? There's a 70% chance that the child will still die young. Anyway, when I see some parents crying because of the death of their sickle cell child, I have NEVER empathized with them, and will never feel sorry for them. Instead, I pity the poor child (who suffered daily till death). Personally, I wish those parents can be arrested and jailed for at least 3-yrs with hard labour. The point? It might be difficult and heartbreaking to end a sweet relationship (especially when you've invested in it). This is why you must check your genotype in the first 2 months. Because Why? If you know the PAIN people with sickle cell feel in their bones and the psychological trauma they endure (especially during their crisis) - you'll NEVER get married when you and your partner are both AS genotypes. Once again, Don't be wicked. Don't be selfish. Don't put your children in Lifetime of pain & tears. Don't test God. It's better to be safe than to be sorry. The END.💙🏆

My name is Zainab. I’m 27 years old. An SS. That is, I live with sickle cell disease. My parents are both AS. Oh, they They knew. They were told. They still married. They said God approved it. They said love would be enough. They said faith would cover the consequences. I am the consequence. I was diagnosed before I was two. My childhood memories are not playgrounds or cartoons, they are; hospitals, needles, and adults whispering when they thought I couldn’t hear. In primary school, I missed classes so often that teachers stopped asking why. Some classmates thought I was pretending. Some thought I was cursed. I learned early how to smile while feeling different. By secondary school, the pain episodes became more frequent. I would wake up excited for school and end the day on a hospital bed. I watched my mates grow normally while my life moved in pauses, school, hospital, recovery, repeat. At 15, I lost my younger brother to sickle cell. We were both SS. That day changed me forever. My parents broke down in front of me — crying, apologizing, saying “We followed faith. We didn’t think…” But the damage had already been done. Sometimes I forgive them. Sometimes I resent them deeply. Both feelings live in me. In university, I tried to be normal. I joined sickle cell advocacy groups, volunteered with awareness organizations, spoke at events, encouraged parents to test their genotype. People call me strong. They call me a warrior. What they don’t see is me crying alone at night after another silent pain episode. They don’t see the fear that comes with planning a future in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. And Relationships? That’s another wound. I’ve been loved… briefly. The moment conversations turn serious about marriage, children, commitment….they leave. Some are honest. Some ghost me. Some promise forever and disappear quietly. One man once said he would do anything for me. He talked about taking me abroad, better care, a life without fear. I believed him. For the first time, my heart rested. Then one day, he stopped calling. That heartbreak triggered one of the worst crises I’ve had as an adult. Not because of physical stress but because hope collapsed. Now I’m older. The pain episodes come differently. Less dramatic, but more exhausting. My body recovers slower. My fears are heavier. I ask myself questions my parents never asked each other. I am strong, yes. But I am tired. If you are AS and the person you love is AS, please love your unborn children enough to stop and think. Faith is not a license to ignore knowledge. I am a proof to that I didn’t ask to be a lesson. But if my life can prevent another child from being born into avoidable pain, then my voice matters. That’s why I’m writing this to you. Because people listens to you and this story needs to be heard. I hope that your audience share this till it reaches those who are about to walk by faith and not by sight, Sickle Cell is real!. Adeyinka, keep rescuing lives, I love how you raise awareness and say the truth unapologetically, those who do not like you are probably those who wish they could be you. Have you met you?. Oh,I see you Queen Ade💪🏻

I thought I was doing everything right... until nothing worked out the way I expected. "I'm someone who is very results-oriented. I hate the feeling of doing something over and over again without seeing progress. It's frustrating." Maybe that's your inner thoughts too Be honest
