So if I understand the reasoning here. We are going to invade, kill, and subjugate our trade opponents until we have prosperity? Will this be under the “Greater American Realm” or “reich” as some folks used to call it? This is monstrous and wrong. Many will skip or miss the meaning behind "TOGETHER WE ARE AMERICA". He distinguished between America/US. He said "God bless America" & listed every nation on the continent, including US/PR. He's saying America is not only US, and identifying the continent as a whole as America.
