Work out completed and spent a good hour dancing about in one of the studios so I’m suitably ready for a long hot shower!
Not a bad start to the morning work wise too, I’m now visiting @AlbaEdenFalkirk twice this week, AND I’ve got 4 days off! #winning

Being "in the moment" is the best! I've been on both sides of that equation and, personally, wouldn't trade getting lost in the moment for anything🙂

I often think some ‘in the moment’ play can work out so much more fun than a planned session.
I work well under pressure, and it brings out some weird and wonderful creativeness I couldn’t have planned even if I tried.

While he was cleaning up today, I spent the time dancing in front of the mirror.
Then giving him a row for not watching me dance, because he should’ve been!
But also giving him a row for watching me and not cleaning, because that’s what he paid me to do today apparently 🤭
