This is one of my favorite moments in sports, even if I wasn't born yet. When the announcer says, "He is moving like a tremendous machine!", I get goosebumps everytime.

@kentuckyKelsey @ABCWorldNews @AaronKatersky Significantly more expensive to sentence someone to death, especially since they'll still likely die of old age and cost the state a ton in appeals. Kentucky has executed three people in the last 50 years, but we're currently paying for the appeals of 24 inmates.

@richarddeitsch I'm local. I don't understand the anger. We can go to Churchill whenever they're open, which is about 67 other racing days. Idk if we're so much priced out as not stupid enough to go. Let the people come and spend their money, and go on the 7th for evening racing.
