Just Hit Trading

Just started building a position in $TGT here in this demand area. We took out some liquidity from March 2020. I like the R:R. TTM and Stoch RSI are both curling up on the weekly. Earnings is coming up soon. The safer entry would be a weekly close above 103.50.

My sense is there are a lot of people looking for a silver bullet. A lot of people in any industry will try to take advantage of that, which is a shame. But you have to take ownership of your own learning. Start with free, find out what kind of trader you want to be and put the work in to explore relevant approaches and test them out for yourself. Then when you hit some roadblocks, find a successful trader than aligns with your approach, and judge whether investment in their expertise is worthwhile. It's not that complicated, but the hard work up front is unavoidable, and on you.

We have HTF SMT, and we are back in range after trying to push out of it on $ES. This looks pretty bearish, but we'll see how this plays overnight. It looks like we want to take out the relative equal lows on both $ES and $NQ. On a macro level, traders are even starting to price in a rate hike. We haven't touched the D9 in a while so the draw on liquidity definitely seems to be to the downside... The D9 on $NQ is currently below that liquidity level at around 27048. Additionally, we put in a devils mark on the daily candle for today meaning there was no manipulation leg or wick at the bottom which means that we are likely to get a return back down and should see an upper wick.

Today was a pretty difficult day to trade $ES $NQ $SPY $QQQ as expected with big earnings, data, and FOMC coming up. But we made it out green with monster gains on $GOOGL as it had a lot of relative strength!
