🚨🔵 Spending £50m+ on Mike Maignan when Chelsea already own Mike Penders might genuinely be one of the dumbest decisions we could make this summer. And before people misunderstand me, this is NOT me saying Maignan isn’t world-class because he absolutely is. Proven. Experienced. Elite shot stopper. But if Xabi Alonso is serious about building something long-term, then why are we acting like Chelsea don’t already have one of the most exciting goalkeeper profiles in Europe sitting right under our nose? Mike Penders. Tall. Explosive. Comfortable with the ball at his feet. Calm under pressure. Excellent save percentage and one of the biggest reasons Strasbourg quietly had such a strong campaign. Modern football no longer wants goalkeepers who only save shots, they have to start attacks too, play through pressure and command transitions. That profile? Penders screams it. And honestly, under someone like Xabi Alonso, who values technical security and intelligent build-up, I genuinely think this kid could become something scary. Now yes, I understand why Chelsea remain highly interested in Maignan. Milan missing out on Champions League football changes things financially and Xabi reportedly wants a definitive evaluation done first. But here’s my issue… why spend huge money plus massive wages on a goalkeeper who MIGHT work in this chaos, especially when we have no European football to even attract him properly? Meanwhile, Penders is already ours. No transfer fee. Hungry. Young. High ceiling. If we keep crying about squad building and long-term planning, then THIS is exactly the type of decision that should reflect it. Truth be told, whatever Xabi decides, I’ll back him. But if it was me? I’m trusting Mike Penders. Am I the only one who thinks Chelsea should stop looking outside and trust what we already own? 👀 #CFC #Chelsea

🚨 Stone on the best Striker solution for Barcelona: Barca, don’t make a mistake. This signing is a mistake. Julián Álvarez is a wonderful striker, but Barcelona does not need him right now. Whenever Raphinha goes injured, as we’ve noticed over the past two seasons, FC Barcelona tends to struggle because all the attention shifts toward Lamine Yamal. Álvarez does not command the same defensive attention that Victor Osimhen commands. The right striker for FC Barcelona is Victor Osimhen because of his pressing and finishing ability. The intensity Osimhen brings would perfectly complement what Raphinha offers. If Raphinha, Osimhen, and Lamine Yamal are all on the pitch, opponents are forced to pick their poison. Who are you going to mark? If you leave Osimhen alone, he can create a shot and score. If you leave Raphinha alone, he can punish you with goals. And if you leave Lamine Yamal alone, that’s an even bigger mistake. Osimhen’s presence changes the entire dynamic of the attack. When it comes to pressing, he gives Barcelona exactly what they need. And if Raphinha gets injured again, Osimhen can still lead the press and ensure Barcelona doesn’t drop off offensively or physically. That has been one of Barcelona’s biggest problems in recent seasons. Álvarez is still a fantastic player. He’s the kind of striker who could thrive at Manchester City, Liverpool, Juventus, or Inter Milan. But Barcelona is a different case entirely. Barcelona needs a striker who brings relentless pressing, physical dominance, and elite finishing all at once. Victor Osimhen is the guy for FC Barcelona, not Julián Álvarez. I’ve said it.

If Enzo Fernandez leaves this summer, i would really replace him with Bruno Fernandes. Bruno Fernandes has £57M release clause into his contract — He is worth double that amount. Chelsea fans, DEAL or NO DEAL?

🚨 Ousmane Dembélé on the difference between Barcelona and PSG: "The biggest difference is that at Barcelona, talent often felt like the starting point. At Luis Enrique's PSG, hard work is the starting point." "The coach has created a culture where nobody is allowed to feel bigger than the team. It doesn't matter if you are a young academy player or an experienced international star everyone is expected to run, press, sacrifice, and fight for each other." "What impresses me most is how Luis Enrique has turned individual quality into a collective strength. We have great players, but the focus is never on one name. The focus is always on the next training session, the next tactical detail, the next improvement." "People see the goals and the victories, but they don't see the discipline behind them. Every player knows exactly what is expected of him. That clarity gives the team confidence." "Barcelona will always be one of the greatest clubs in football history, but this PSG has something unique. It feels like a group of players and a coach moving in the same direction with complete trust. That is why this team is so difficult to play against." "Luis Enrique deserves enormous credit for that. He didn't just build a team he built a mentality."

MARKET INSIGHTS!
MARKET INSIGHTS!@IManghaila·
Reading Reminiscences of a Stock Operator after losing a lot of money changes the way you see trading. At first, most traders read books looking for entries. But that book teaches something deeper: The biggest enemy in trading is not the market. It’s human nature. Greed. Ego. Overconfidence. Refusing to cut losses. Believing one winning streak makes you untouchable. Almost every painful mistake a trader makes today already existed 100 years ago. That’s why the book still feels timeless. I learned that surviving matters more than showing off. Risk management is not there to make you rich fast. It’s there to keep you alive long enough to become consistently profitable. Losing money taught me lessons. But that book helped me understand them.

Bill Ackman turned an $8 billion railroad into $25 billion in 16 months, he shorted a $7 billion bond insurer at $73 this is him explaining how at Oxford "no one believed me, so I said: I hereby commit to give away 100% of any personal profit. that day was the high for the stock, it went from $73 to $3" "the opportunity was simple: replace the worst CEO in the railroad industry with the best, stock went from $46 to $151 in 16 months" test your strategy 60 times before risking a dollar, most people won't, the post below breaks down what that looks like in practice ↓

Bill Ackman made $2.8 billion on a single interest rate hedge, his only regret: "we should have made $10 billion - we were a little timid" he raised his first fund by cold-calling every billionaire on the Forbes 400 list. 100 meetings, 6 said yes and total: $3.1 million his worst recent trade: lost $400 million on Netflix in a few months. "new facts emerged which were inconsistent with the original thesis - so we exited" bookmark & listen ↓

🚨💣 Barcelona have identified the perfect Lewandowski successor. And Atlético Madrid is doing everything in their power to make it impossible. This is not a rumour anymore. This is war. 🇦🇷🔵🔴 Julián Álvarez is no longer just a name on an internal wishlist. Barça genuinely believe he is the striker built to lead the next era under Hansi Flick. Not a temporary fix. Not a compromise. The actual answer to the biggest question at the club. And when you look at this season it's impossible to argue against it. ⚽ 20 goals — 8 in La Liga — 10 in the Champions League — 2 in other competitions But the goals are not even the frightening part. 👇 He presses like his life depends on it. Attacks space before defenders can even react. Dominates link-up play without needing the spotlight. Works for the team when the cameras aren't on him. And on set-pieces, his reading of the game is on a completely different level something refined inside Argentina's elite setup over the years. 🇦🇷✨ Barcelona don't see a striker. They see a complete modern forward who fits Flick's system like he was designed for it. So why isn't this done already? 👇 Because Atlético Madrid looked at this situation and made a decision. If they can't convince him to stay they will make leaving as painful as possible for everyone involved. 🔹 They'll try to raise his salary proposal to around €10M per year via Marca 🔹 The calculation is cold and deliberate, pricing every other club out and Julián eventually has no choice 🔹 The asking price is now being pushed toward €150M according to reports A wall built entirely out of money. And yet — Julián Álvarez has already given his answer. 🇦🇷 According to @marca the player wants out. His preferred destination is FC Barcelona. Not Arsenal. Not PSG. Barcelona. 🔵🔴 The player chose. The club wants him. The feeling is mutual. But €150M doesn't care about feelings. Barça know this operation is fragile. One wrong move and it collapses completely. That's exactly why Deco is already in London running a parallel operation João Pedro is a serious alternative, not a backup plan made in panic. Not the type of striker most cules want 👀 Barcelona will not be caught depending on one deal again. Last summer taught them everything about what happens when there is no Plan B. But here's what should genuinely worry Culés. 👇 The moment this falls apart others will not hesitate for a single second. 🔸 Arsenal have the financial power to move immediately 🔸 PSG can enter this race without even feeling the cost 🔸 Premier League money operates on a completely different level And Barcelona's original plan to include Ferran Torres in the deal to reduce the fee? Dead. Ferran doesn't want to leave. 📡 So Deco now has to find a completely different formula from scratch one that convinces Atlético to lower a price they deliberately inflated to protect themselves. This is the brutal reality sitting on the table right now. 👇 Barcelona have the player's desire. The player has chosen Barcelona. Atlético have the power to block everything. And €150M is not a negotiation it's a statement. This one transfer could define the direction of Barcelona's attack for the next ten years. The stakes are not small. The window is not long. And the wolves are already circling. 🔵🔴✨ Is Julián Álvarez the successor Lewandowski's throne deserves, Culés? 👇👀

🚨 Julian Alvarez wants out of Atletico Madrid. He doesn't feel comfortable under Simeone and is actively considering a move according to @marca. Deco, Barcelona fans are begging you, don't fumble this one. Alvarez is on a different level than Joao Pedro. 🇦🇷👀
