I’ve realized I feel my best when I’m fully in it, not thinking, just moving and trusting what feels right. Anytime I start overanalyzing, I lose that edge. Things get dull and I fall into that inbetween where nothing really happens. For me, nothing good comes from being stuck there. Doubt builds and momentum dies. Everything that’s felt right in my life has come from being present, trusting myself, and going all in. Lately I’ve been a bit stuck in my head, so this is just a reminder to get back to that.
