@Motivemodee I was 28 when I met my husband who is 10 years older. We've been together for 29 years & more in love than ever. I think 20 years difference would be a challenge but it obviously works for some. At 19 I wouldn't have considered dating someone 20 yrs older - or 10 for that matter!

I wrote this 4 years ago: Six months ago today, my Mom died. In some ways these last six months feel like forever and in other ways I still feel like I said goodbye to her yesterday. That day replays in my mind so clearly. I wasn’t ready. I thought we had a few more days. She kept telling us that it was so difficult for her to wake up in the morning. I now understand that she was fighting to stay with us. She was so brave! I miss everything about her. I miss her soft hugs and being wrapped up in her arms. Her hugs held magic - she was able to give people her calm strength. She made people feel that as long as she said you were going to be okay - then you were! I miss her wit, her wisdom and her vast knowledge of so many subjects. I miss showing her my newest piece of art and waiting for her reaction - good or critical! I miss the healthy her and I miss the cancer fighter too. She was so amazingly courageous and elegant and graceful through so many challenges. (She would humbly disagree lol). She didn't know how amazing she was ~ it was part of her charm though. I miss her soft laugh. If you got her to laugh it meant you had said something especially clever and were rewarded with watching her throw her head back in delight and then you looked for the following knowing look with a twinkle in her eyes. I miss her texts and her effusive use of emojis as the words became more difficult to find! I just miss everything about her. Mostly through these last few months I feel so truly grateful for her. For her lessons, example, guidance, love, and understanding. As you all know and have heard me share ~ the grief hit me hard. I had no idea. It paralyzed me and I stopped being able to focus on my life and business. But now, at this 6 month mark, I am moving into a better place. I had a week in the sun in Florida with Dad and we drove north and stopped to see family along the way and family is so healing. The connections and memories keep Mom alive! The tears have subsided (although they are welling now as I write this) and I know I am coming back to me. I’ve missed me too. But I had to go through this process to get to today. Today is about gratitude. I’m gearing up for a busy summer of Farmer’s Markets, Craft Shows, Art Fairs, and a couple of big projects at the house on Vinalhaven so I’m really excited to see what the next 6 months bring as I keep working towards my goals and building a creative life. I know Mom is by my side watching my progress and sending all of her very special angel energy my way! Thank you for your love and support, cards, messages, and understanding. I'm so blessed by such a wonderful circle! xox

This is my husband Doug. We'll celebrate 27 years married on April 10th. I think he's even more spectacular today than when we first met. We're so extremely blessed!

@JustJennifer369 I wear my XRP clothing all over North FL and nobody ever says anything. One guy at my gym refers to me as Mr XRP because of all the shirts I wear……yet has zero idea what XRP is (his admittance)

I wore my XRP hat today on Amelia Island during the Amelia Island Concourse weekend thinking that this crowd should have a better likelihood of someone knowing about Ripple, XRP, or Crypto and I might get my first comment on my hat. Nothin' 🤷
