EasyETFs @PurpleGroupPPE listed three new CPI+ AMETFs on the JSE last week: EASY3, EASY5 and EASY7. Targets of CPI+ 3%, +5% and +7% over rolling 3, 5 and 7-year periods. All Reg 28 compliant and tax-free eligible. But do CPI+ funds actually deliver? justonelap.com/three-new-infl…

@SizindaCapital yip, but they won't have details for a year so we wait .. management fee of 0.65% means i will be at least close to 1%

I realise the funds are newly listed but I would love to see a realistic estimate of fees. CPI + 5% minus a 0.5% TER vs 1.25 or 1.50% TER changes the math significantly, particularly for investors with a longer time horizon (e.g. early 50's and starting to derisk their portfolios for retirement).
