@rajmuker I've stopped watching a few times.The first was around '08 when it was the PG Cena show. Jesus Christ, I might as well have been watching Sesame Street. No thank you.There have been other times since then. A huge reason now is all of the advertisements everywhere! So distracting.

I’m just curious… why did YOU stop watching WWE? 6 years ago, Raw was pulling around 1.9M–2M viewers in the USA alone, while SmackDown was doing 2.2M–2.3M weekly. Now in 2026, Raw is barely doing around 2M worldwide, which means only about 1.1M–1.2M from the USA. SmackDown has dropped to around 900K–1.2M. Both Raw and SmackDown have lost nearly 1 million viewers in just 6 years. So what was YOUR reason for stopping watching WWE? I’m genuinely curious.

@JustinWhang But the teenagers and the little kids did have overbearing parents, preachers, teachers and principals that they hated. The word "boss" doesn't have to strictly refer to somebody at the workplace, especially at that age.🤷‍♀️😂

Something you always hear is that people got behind Stone Cold because it was relatable that he hated his boss, but I don’t think the audience of largely unemployed teenagers particularly cared about that. I think it was just that stone cold was a badass and McMahon was a dork

@denny200544 It's like you instantly want all the food and then once you have the food, it's like tasting it for the very first time all over again and it being your favorite thing in the world. It's a pretty powerful experience.😂

@MibshaD Definitely.💯 It's a huge reason why I decided very early on to not pop out kids and ultimately, had my tubes removed. I have severe, debilitating health issues and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I passed them on to my kids. It would completely break me beyond repair.

Schools really need to remember that PARENTS are still the ultimate authority over their own children. If I decide my child is staying home, going on a trip, taking a mental break, or simply needs time away from school… then that IS an excused absence because I excused it. I don’t need validation from a doctor, attendance officer, superintendent, or anybody else to parent MY child. And let’s be real… some of y’all are way too comfortable acting like kids belong more to the school system than to their own families. My child is not a robot programmed to wake up every morning and perform on command because the state says so. Childhood is short, and I’m not handing over all of my child’s most important years to a system that thinks perfect attendance matters more than real life, family time, mental health, or experiences outside a classroom. If I want my child home for a week, send the work. If that’s a problem, I’ll homeschool and teach them myself. Reading, writing, math — none of that is impossible without a school building. And before people start with “they need structure” — structure starts at HOME, not in a classroom. Don’t send me threatening attendance letters like you have more authority over my child than I do. The school does NOT dictate my child’s life or schedule. My kids are on MY schedule. Not yours.
