I struggled with sleep for the longest time, especially during times of high stress.
For the last year or so I've been using the HoomBand and listening to the @JustSleepPod and I've had no issues!
Main thing was I needed to trick my brain to stop thinking about work!

2. getting quality sleep for at least 7 hours a night is more important than almost anything else if your sleep is wrecked, almost nothing else matters you need to take your sleep seriously, it's *the* way for your head to not carry over the stress from one day to another

@arithisandthat If you have 10k listens per episode. You can have 4 ad units in a 45-minute or one hour show. Say you can sell 4 at a 25cpm. That would be $1,000 per episode with each ad unit at a cost of $250. Multiplied by 50 weeks = $50k. Keep $25k and use the other $25k to invest
