March recap for @JustSparkIdeas What we shipped this month with a 3-person team: → Launched $ PREDICT (prediction market on Omnipair) + $ MKTA now being funded → Built & published full public documentation on Notion (14+ pages: IdeaCoin lifecycle with interactive schema deployed on Vercel, hackathon builder guide, referral system, fees...) → Designed Referral System V1 from scratch → Improving the website / feature. → Integrated @omnipair GAMM to deploy our pool → Built V1 of the hackathon site → Joined the Global Dollar Network (USDG) → Submitted to @colosseum Eternal Hackathon (DeFi track), posted 1 video per day for 14 days straight. Results tomorrow? → Integrated Colosseum Copilot: every idea on Spark now has a V1 analysis score by there Skill → Built a full financial modeling suite (treasury self-investment, affiliation vault, 12-month combined Excel, full data dashboard) Revenue: $600. Cash burn still at $10,000/month. Still a lot to figure out. Still iterating. But the foundation is getting solid. Now let’s focus on growth / marketing the real pain point. What's keeping us below 90: Regulatory clarity (getting legal opinions) More launches needed (pipeline building now) Post-hackathon governance details Copilot challenged us hard and tbh it surfaced blind spots we're already working on. If you're building on Solana, install the skill. It's humbling but useful. We should integrate the skill directly into our platform wdyt @Ewan_btc ? People depose there ideas and on top of the first gemini analysis they have the one by @colosseum copilot skill !
