To my 2 followers (and whoever the algo decides deserves to see this): Building @sparkdotfun new product in full transparency. A second iteration of the original project. The core idea remains the same: a launchpad where ideas raise before teams. Got a vision? We tokenize it. Best teams then compete to execute it. V1 was inspired by @believeapp — bonding curve for launch + fees to fund the idea. V2? More coming Soon :) But we're reducing risk for early investors vs the PVP nature of bonding curves. Ownership stays at the center, as always. The problem: I'm probably too dumb to see everything on my own. I need you to break my assumptions, challenge the model, point out the fails. Wasn't planned, but making a video of what we've done today. Going to try to do one a day until we hear back from Colosseum (it may take 14 days). TLDW - March 19th: - First token launch done with Omnipair. Goal was 10K, raised 17K+ from 49 investors (goal was 50) - Coin launched, 30K+ total volumefirst few hours - Most liquidity went into Omnipair, token not yet on Axiom, some red flags on Birdeye / gmgn to be improved ! - Iterating on liquidity strategy: for smaller raises, may allocate 50% instead of 20% to give traders a better experience (removable later) - ~1.5K in fees generated, working on fee split model (ideators / project / Spark / buyback) - Confirmed comms with Paxos: Spark just joined the Global Dollar Network (alpha, official announcement next week) and exploring additional products with them -Plan: 1-2 more launches next week, targeting 3 hackathons ready by April -Adjusted calendar with omnipair: already did one launch, will iterate before rushing the next ones - Lots of great feedback, improving content/UX for investors on the platform - Working on a referral program: goal is for the 50 current users to each bring a few more
