Sometimes these white interpreters need to know their place. It got nothing to do with their skin color. There are songs in Swalli, cultural references and history he couldn't possibly represent with Black characters. We need to keep the same Brandon energy. Stay in your lane.

I need the Deaf community to speak up about this case with Keith Wann. The shit that I read on FB... He is setting us back. He is hurting the Black Deaf community AND Black interpreters.

@ReesiePeacie whattt - apparently my dentist doesn’t have that new tech.. they had to redo the impression at least five times, my teeth were sore from all of harsh pushing 💀 not a great start lol didn’t realize it can take up to six weeks... its okay, i can practice patience

People think I’m shy when I’m actually silently observing the interpreter to see if they are capable of incorporating my personality when interpreting. If I’m uncertain, I rather to remain silent. I guess I have trust issues lol?

I personally don't like how 'First Name' is default for 'Legal First Name'. I read that as the name I want people to call me. How am I supposed to know that they want my legal name?
