Going by the standard 2.5x rule, Supergirl would need to make anywhere between 412.5-425 million dollars in order to break even.
Now will it actually hit those numbers at the box office? Well, given that it’s sandwiched in between auteur driven blockbusters and near billion dollar guarantees, I’m going to say “No”.
