Some triggered Americans in my replies regarding my post about Canadians passing on that American dairy. Here’s the deal… Our Canadian milk tastes clean, creamy & fresh because our cows aren't pumped full of growth hormones (rBST) or loaded with antibiotics like down south. It actually tastes like real milk, not (IMHO) chemical soup. I lived in the States for some time— I know the difference, Skippy. We'll stick with our high-standard, supply-managed farms that treat animals better and keep our food safer. Chicago, I’m SICK, an 8 year old girl was shot a few hours ago. An 18 year old was killed as well. Shootings are up 78% this past week. Almost 400 people have been shot this year, 102 of them dead. Much higher than last year at this time. My condolences to the families and the neighbors who have to experience this madness. We have to get tough on accountability and clean up our streets for our kids sake. 🙏🏾
