I made a mistake yesterday and now I have a (good) problem. Turns out I massively underestimated demand for Inference Engineering. Was on the phone with my printer in Belgium first thing this morning, more copies on the way by air freight. In the meantime, the PDF on the website is free.

100%. A decade ago you’d need to pay a processional $$$$ and wait two weeks. Five years ago it’d be $$$ to squarespace with lots of fiddling. Today it’s same-day free with any chatbot subscription. (Or pay lovable $300) Wild seeing someone without tech skills to $$$$ deliverable in a day.

😲 Wild times with Claude code. My partner, who's never written code before, used claude code yesterday to setup her own website. 9am she learned about claude code and what's a terminal window. 5pm the website was deployed to a domain with a working "contact us" form.
